Bring your drives
- In MileIQ, make a report for the dates you want and download its CSV version. If you get an Excel file instead, open it in Numbers or Excel and save it as CSV.
- Save it to Files, or email it to yourself.
- Open it with Tenths, or go to Settings › Your data › Import from another app.
Tenths finds the drive table even when the report starts with a title and a summary, and keeps each drive’s date, places, category, purpose, parking and tolls. It recalculates your deduction at the IRS rate for each date, shows you everything before importing, and skips drives already in your log. The file is read on your iPhone and never uploaded.
What you get
- Automatic detection with unlimited drives, free.
- Swipe sorting, free, and smart rules for your places and work hours (Pro).
- The IRS rate for each date, including 2026’s change from 72.5¢ to 76¢ on July 1.
- Business expenses and receipts read on the phone, in the same log.
- A record of how each trip was logged and an audit-ready check, free, plus a tax packet with the Schedule C numbers (Pro).
- CarPlay, an Apple Watch app and widgets.
What it costs
Tracking, sorting, expenses and the audit-ready check are free. Tenths Pro adds PDF and CSV exports, the tax packet, smart rules, more vehicles and iCloud sync: $39.99 a year with the first 14 days free, $4.99 a month, or $99.99 once. If Pro ever costs more, subscribers keep the price they have for as long as they stay subscribed.
Your data stays yours
There’s no account to make. Your drives stay on your iPhone, and in your private iCloud only if you turn on sync. The App Store privacy label reads Data Not Collected.
